Stress without anxiety is rather unusual because most of the time when someone is under stress he or she is also being anxious.

Examples of these signs are cold clammy hands, excessive sweating, On top of that, people who are stressed and anxious tend to feel lightheaded and dizzy. Some more exaggerated signs of stress and anxiety are mood swings, depression and melancholy even a loss in libido. If not dealt properly stress and anxiety can result to more serious medical conditions. These are the very reason why controlling stress and anxiety levels are of high importance.
